Wild Boar Ragout

For our Boar Ragout we use only the finest parts, adding pork shoulder and veal leg to the wild boar meat. The meat is minced and left to cook together with extra virgin olive oil and some flavorings for at least 3 hours, where it meets the tomato pulp with which it will reach 5 hours of cooking time.
