For our Ragù alla Bolognese we prepare a sauté in extra virgin olive oil with onions, carrot and celery, to which we add the ground meat and let it cook slowly, where at some point it meets the tomato pulp, with which it will reach 4 hours of cooking time.

How we make them
The preparation of our sauces is purely artisanal.
Meats are minced with a meat grinder and not with a cutter, to recreate the processing normally done at home. For all our sauces or ragouts, cooking is done slowly.
The care and selection of raw materials, give our products a unique goodness and lightness, even for those a little more structured.
After slow processing, we package the product in glass jars, which we place in autoclaves for sterilization at 120°, thus ensuring maximum food safety and storage for as long as 36 months.

Our sauces are the result of recipes designed to bring out the best in the ingredients. What characterizes our recipes are the research, selection and careful processing of raw materials. We do not use concentrates and the color of our sauces is the natural color of Italian tomatoes.
All of our recipes are 100% natural; in fact, we use no preservatives, thickeners, and are lactose-free and gluten-free to satisfy every palate!
Usage Tips
All our sauces and ragouts are ready; therefore, we recommend that you do not re-cook them, but pour them directly on the pasta.
