It serves three / four
Gluten-free Bolognese sauce. For our Bolognese Sauce we prepare a sauté in extra virgin olive oil with onion, carrot and celery, we add minced meat and cook it slowly. Then we add tomato pulp and cook it for up to 4 hours.
